We offer the following Roof trusses configurations: Pratt truss, the Warren truss, the scissor truss, the fink truss and bowstring truss. These trusses are made up of timber bottom chords and web members that are subject to axial tension, compression and bending loads.
If your house has a more complex roof, special trusses may be required where one roof section joins another.
Prefabricated roof trusses are manufactured in our factory according to your specifications and configurations. The recommended span-to-depth ratio for timber trusses is 8 to 10 for flat or parallel chord trusses, 6 for pitched and triangular roof trusses and 6-8 for bowstring trusses. We do not offer installation but can recommend a quality builder or roof trusses installer to help you with your project.
Once manufacturing of prefabricated timber roof trusses is completed, they will be delivered to the job site, offloaded onto the ground or directly to the framed walls of the building.
Delivery directly to the walls of the building can save you a lot of time and money.
Timber trusses must always be stored flat (whether on the ground or directly on wall frames).
